1. Management Trainee-5:
Two years PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel with 60% marks Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labor Welfare/ HSR Management or MBA (HIRM). Computer knowledge (MS-Office) is a must. Candidates will have one year training. It can be extended for another six months.
In Quality Control Section:
M.Sc (Agriculture) with specialization in Agronomy/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding and Genetics with 60% marks. In Electrical Engineering: BE/ B.Tech (Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering) with 60% marks.
• Computer knowledge is mandatory for all posts in all departments.
2. Trainee-179:
Passed B.Sc (Agriculture) with 60% marks.
In HR Department:
Degree with 60% marks, knowledge of MS-Office, computer typing should be. Preference will be given to those who type 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi. If Hindi Typing is not qualified at the time of selection.. Hindi Typing Test should be passed during training.
For the post of Trainee Stenographer:
Passed Senior Secondary/ Equivalent Examination, Three Years Diploma in Office Management with 60% marks. OR Degree with 60% marks, Stenography Certificate Course. Knowledge of MS-Office and Hindi is a must. English shorthand speed should be 80 words per minute and English typing speed should be 40 words per minute. Both Shortened and Computer Typing Test should be passed.
Accounts:
BCom with 60% marks, knowledge of MS-Office.
Engineering Stores:
Three year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks. OR ITI Certificate (Fitter, Diesel Mechanic and Tractor Mechanic) with 60% marks.
Technician:
ITI Certificate (Fitter, Electrician/ Auto Electrician/ Welder/ Diesel Mechanic/ Tractor Mechanic/ Machine Man/ Blacksmith) with 60% marks. One year apprenticeship training and pass NAC exam.
Age Limit:
50 years for Deputy General Manager posts, 30 years for Assistant Manager posts and 27 years for other posts. There is a relaxation of five years for SC/STs, three years for OBCs, ten years for disabled persons and five years for ex-servicemen.
Application Fee:
Rs.500, no fee for SC/ ST/ Disabled/ Ex-Servicemen.
In three stages...
In the first stage, computer best test, in the second stage, interview, scrutiny of documents, CBT, and final selection will be done in the third stage based on the marks obtained in the interviews.
• 100 marks for 100 questions in CBT. Duration is 90 minutes.
• 70 subject related questions will be given in Part-1. In Part-2, 30 questions related to Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Computers (MS-Office) and English Language will be asked.
• 1 mark for each correct answer and 1/4 mark for each wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks is 35.
