NEET UG 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG)-2025 on May 4, 2025 (Sunday), from 02:00 P.M. to 05:00 P.M. (Indian Standard Time). This examination will be conducted in Pen & Paper mode (offline) across various centers in India and abroad.

As per the Information Bulletin and the Public Notice released earlier, it was mentioned that a correction option would be provided for the Online Application Form of NEET (UG)-2025.

In view of the above, National Testing Agency is pleased to inform you that the opportunity for correcting or modifying errors/details as per annexure in your Online Application Form for NEET (UG) 2025 will be available as per schedule below..

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the opening of the correction window for the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025, where candidates can make changes to their application forms from March 9 to March 11, 2025. This facility is once-only available on the official NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in, and will be closed at 11:50 PM on 11 March.

Since it is a one-time facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardships to them, the candidates are informed to da the correction very carefully, as no further opportunity for corrections will be given to the candidates.

It's important to highlight that final corrections will be applicable only after payment of any additional fees, if required. In cases where changes affect the fee amount, candidates will be charged any excess fee accordingly. Please note that any excess payments made will not be refunded.

NEET UG 2025 Correction Details

👉Candidate shall be allowed to change any one of these two fields

i. Father Name and Qualification/Occupation or

ii. Mother Name and Qualification/Occupation

👉Candidates shall be allowed to change/add all the following fields

i. Educational qualification details (Class X and Class XII)

ii. State of Eligibility

iii. Category

iv. Sub-category/PwD

v. Signature

vi. Number of attempts in NEET (UG)

👉 Candidates shall be allowed to change the following based on their Permanent and Present Addresses

i. Examination City Selection

ii. Medium of the Examination

Note:-

• If there is an impact on the fee, then the additional fee will be charged as applicable

• Correction in these fields will be applicable only after payment of an additional fee, if any.

• The only one-time correction will be allowed to the candidate ie, once the corrections are done and submitted, the forms shall be frozen.

How to Edit Your Application

• Go to the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.

• Log In: Log in with your application number and password.

• Access Correction Window: Press the correction link.

• Make Corrections: Correct the allowed fields.

• Submit and Save: Make sure to save and submit changes.

• Download Confirmation: Take a print for future references.

Once the window for corrections is over, the NTA will release city intimation slips on April 26 and admit cards by May 1, 2025. Candidates are requested to check their corrections thoroughly, as no modifications will be permitted thereafter.
