 Aish was born in Mangalore, Karnataka. Since everyone in her family was educated, she was interested in becoming a doctor from childhood. But in my college days, my mind shifted towards modeling. At the same time she got a chance to shine in ads. The 'Pepsi' ad in which she acted brought her a good name, so she turned to modeling. Then in 1994, she won the 'Miss World' crown. At the age of 15, Aish appeared in an ad for a leading pencil company. After that, in 1992-1993, he did a Cold Drink ad with Bollywood star hero Aamir Khan. The entire shooting was done in one night. With this one ad, Aish's name became famous in the modeling field.

 After winning the 'Miss World' crown, Aish got a queue of film opportunities. But, she thought that her film debut should be sensational. So in 1997, he entered the industry with the movie 'Iruvar' (Two) directed by Mani Ratnam. In the first movie itself, he played a duel role and shone.
